Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

Far Away Fun is only for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to consent. Do not create or join a room if either participant is under 18, cannot freely consent, or is being pressured.

2. Consent always controls

Participation in one prompt never means consent to another activity. Either player may decline, skip, pause, leave, or delete the room at any time. Silence, intoxication, pressure, fear, or a prior relationship is not consent. The more cautious player’s boundary always controls the game pace.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the service to:

• involve a minor or a person who cannot consent;
• coerce, threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, impersonate, or deceive anyone;
• request, create, upload, share, or threaten to share non-consensual intimate material;
• share another person’s messages, images, identity, or room link without permission;
• send illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, malware, spam, or rights-infringing content;
• probe, bypass, disrupt, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another room;
• use the service for prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, or any unlawful transaction.

4. Images and messages

Only send content you created or have permission to share. Never send an intimate image unless every depicted person is an adult and has expressly agreed to that exact sharing. The game does not require intimate images. Fully clothed alternatives and skipping are always available.

5. Private rooms

Room links and codes are secrets. Share them only with the intended adult partner. We use safeguards, but “private” does not mean that screenshots, compromised devices, or a recipient’s conduct can be technically prevented.

6. Availability and changes

The service is currently a free beta provided “as is.” Features may change, pause, or end. We may block abusive activity, remove unlawful content, or close rooms to protect users and the service.

7. Responsibility

Prompts are invitations, not instructions. Players remain responsible for their choices, safety, devices, communications, and compliance with local law. Stop immediately if anything feels unsafe and contact local emergency services when necessary.

8. Privacy and complaints

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Questions, privacy requests, and complaints can be sent through the secure request form.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec and Canada, without taking away any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply to you.
